Cleaning your trimmer

Clean the appliance after each use to get best results and to keep it in good condition for longer. Do not use abrasives, scourers or liquids such as alcohol, petrol or acetone (nail polish remover) to clean the trimmer. Make sure the trimmer is switched off and disconnected from the mains. Remove the comb attachment and open the cutting unit by pushing the middle part of the cutting unit upwards with your thumb until it opens and then pull it off the trimmer Close the cutting unit until it locks. Do not rinse the appliance under the tap as it is not water-tight. Clean the combs under the running tap, with the supplied brush or with a soft, not too damp cloth. The adapter may only be cleaned with the supplied brush and should not be exposed to water. For cleaning the hair collection chamber remove the chamber by pulling it off the trimmer. Remove the hairs by carefully shaking them out or by brushing them out with the cleaning brush supplied.
